Project Brood v0.4.4 (The Save Update)
A virtual pet simulator similar to Tomodachi life and Chub, Chomp,Chill. But for pregnancy and set in a space station where you help Dr Zyga tend to the needs of varying surrogates in the space station clinic Tawaret-5.
At the moment there are three surrogates: Jess and Luci and Rhodia, who you can make pregnant and later upgrade to carry larger pregnancies
It's still in active development so if you tune in once in a while there might be some updates from time to time

I was thinking of other suggestions, and I think this suggestion might be a good idea(?).
In my playthroughs of the game, I realized you could just upgrade one of the surrogates a bunch and basically have an infinite supply of credits to do anything with. I think a way to stop this is by having two separate credit types: Individual Credits and Station Credits.
Individual Credits and Station Credits are earned through the same way (making babies lol), but individual credits only work for that specific surrogate (meaning you can only use those credits to buy upgrades for that specific surrogate). Station Credits can be used for other things around the ship (if there's anything that takes credits that isn't surrogate-specific, like purchasing new surrogates).
There could also be an exchange rate between the two types of credits.
That does sound like a good solution, tbh the credit system could do with a rework, especially since adding the new surrogates has changed how much credits you will get
game is still looking great!!
the only suggestion i have is maybe varying due dates for the different surrogates? pretty sure they all have the 20-day gestation period
could also make it so that the due dates of the surrogates arent as set in stone, and they can become overdue or go into labor early??
I Like the idea, Though it's hard to change the due dates with how
it's coded right now without breaking everything, I will have to solve that first

This might already be planned, but a feature that shows if a surrogate likes a food if they've already eaten it before would be nice. Would definitely help when you have more surrogates available so you don't have to remember each one's favorite meals.
This is a really fun game and I have enjoyed playing it.

I found some small bugs having to do with the "new game" mechanic and the newest lab equipment. When you save the game, go to the main menu, and click "new game", it will put you back into the current save instead of wiping it and starting a new game. The newest lab equipment seems to not deduct any credits and is a little buggy with visually showing whether or not you've bought it. just some small things I found when playing, but it's coming along great so far!

The "Return to Main Menu" button doesn't work properly, and instead you have to close the game to return to the main menu. Could you possibly fix that?

Not much into pregnancy myself (more on the weight gain side of games), but this is really good. Hope to see more content for this game. I have some suggestions but I'm pretty sure most will be added/addressed at some point
When you save in the middle of a pregnancy and then close the game, it doesn't save the pregnancy and instead erases it. Could you possibly fix that?

For no reason whatsoever I have decided to actually sit down and spend the time to write down every combination of food item so far. I don't know if I should disclose the info or not but regardless, keep up the good work creator. You made a fine game for what your goal was!

This is a big ask Froggerest, but do you think you could add Dr. Zyga herself as a playable character? I think it would be cute if she herself could become a mother.
Definitely something she would want to do at some point, though at the moment she is way too busy to be surrogate herself. Though that might change in the future.

Does anyone have a food combination list? It's kinda getting bothersome to go through every combination when it's so slow, especially having to sit through the animations every day on any new playthroughs.
There are 15 total food items (including the base 3 food items)
I will say that the only food items that are used in making new ones are the following
Sweetdough
Inkilian Filet
Bogglefruit
XLT Sandwich
Fruitroll
Mixed Salad
New bug, if you skip the text too quickly, every button and stat is disappear, just surrogate

pretty good for how little it has for now, but glad that you are going to add more. the style is very cute.
if you are open to suggestion, maybe add more to the room that the surrogates are in? its very bland right now, im sure if this were a real surrogacy they would appreciate some more comfort lol

currently yes, more dishes are planned though, You can make a how to if you like but please mark it as spoilers just in case someone wants to find out for themselves

I hope you meant insect-girl, but otherwise yeah its not out of the question to have avian or insect based surrogates, but that will have to come later

Pretty decent so far, right now the biggest problem is not having much to do aside from making new types of foods
